1. Nature of Services
IICTN is an education and training institute. The ‘services’ rendered to a paying applicant are predominantly intangible and include access to live online classes, recorded sessions, study material (digital and/or printed), practical sessions at our centre, examinations, and issuance of certificates.
2. Digital Delivery (Primary Delivery Mode)

4. Tracking
Tracking number is shared by email/SMS once the consignment is handed over to the courier. IICTN’s responsibility ends once handed over to a reputed courier in good condition.
5. Address Accuracy
The applicant is solely responsible for providing the correct delivery address. IICTN shall not be responsible for non-delivery, delayed delivery or re-delivery charges due to incorrect details. Re-shipment is charged at actuals.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Report visible damage to info@iictn.org within 48 hours with photographs and the POD slip. On verification, IICTN will arrange replacement at no additional cost.
7. No Cancellation of Shipped/Delivered Items
Once digital content has been delivered or physical items dispatched, the order is deemed completed and no cancellation or refund shall be entertained. See Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Force Majeure
IICTN shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (acts of God, war, riots, pandemics, government restrictions, courier strikes, internet outages, natural disasters).
