Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. By submitting an admission form, making a payment, accessing course material, or attending any class with IICTN, the applicant unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions, along with the Institute’s Payment Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Course Package & Fee

Fees are customised per applicant based on chosen courses, mode (online/offline/hybrid), applicable scheme, and management discretion. Fee broadly includes admission facilitation fee, registration fee, university/council fee, machines and consumables, special products, practical training, examination fee and certificate fee. Fee does not include travel, stay, lodging, boarding or personal-use items. GST and statutory taxes apply additionally. Comparison of fees between students is neither applicable nor encouraged.

2. Admission Form & Documentation

The applicant must complete the admission form accurately and submit all mandatory documents (educational, ID, photographs) within 7 working days from receipt of fee, failing which a minimum penalty of Rs. 3,000/- may apply and the Institute reserves the right to revoke admission with immediate effect and without refund. Submission of inaccurate / fraudulent / forged documents will result in immediate revocation without refund.

3. Course Validity & Extension

Each course has a defined validity period communicated at admission. Extension of course validity, where permitted, is chargeable at 30% of the total course fee per 1-month extension. Extension is at the sole discretion of the Institute.

4. Classes & Schedule

Class schedules are promulgated by IICTN and partner colleges in due course. Online and offline classes form an integral part of the curriculum. Each lecture is valued at Rs. 2,600/-. Attendance requirements vary per course and are communicated at admission.

5. Examinations

Examinations may be conducted by IICTN or by collaborating universities, councils or government bodies (NCVET, Skill India, B&WSSC, MEPSC, HSSC). The examination fee and re-examination fee are non-refundable. Penalty of Rs. 5,100/- applies for failure to appear in an NCVET/Skill India examination for any reason including medical emergencies.

6. Collaborative / University-Linked Courses

IICTN collaborates with universities and councils for relevant courses. Applicants must do their own due diligence. The fees paid to such collaborating bodies are governed by the rules and policies of the respective body. IICTN is not responsible for refunds, delays or disputes regarding fees paid to such third-party bodies, nor for guidance on admission, study facilitation or placement.

7. Certifications & Reissue

Certificates are issued on successful completion of course, attendance, examinations and submission of all required documents. Certificate re-issue charges are Rs. 5,100/-. ATKT subject fees and any extra fees for additional certificates apply at Rs. 2,600/- per IICTN diploma certificate per semester (where applicable).

8. No-Refund Policy

Once admission is granted, it is final and non-cancellable. IICTN strictly follows a no-refund policy for all fees paid. See Refund and Cancellation Policy for the full text.

9. Code of Conduct

Applicants must conduct themselves professionally with trainers, lecturers, staff and fellow applicants in any digital, verbal, online, offline or other medium. Misconduct, misbehaviour, misguiding or misleading conduct will result in immediate revocation of admission without refund, and the Institute reserves the right to put a defamation case against the applicant for spoiling the name of the brand if found necessary, with all legal expenses borne by the applicant.

10. Data Protection & Intellectual Property

All documents, contact details, study material, notes, PPT, video, audio and other content provided by IICTN are copyrighted and remain the property of the Institute. Applicants are not allowed to share, reproduce, distribute or upload such material to any online / offline source without written permission. Breach of this clause is grounds for immediate revocation of admission without refund and legal action.

11. Products & Vendors Policy

IICTN provides a platform to connect with authorized vendors. Many vendors may indulge in wrongdoing or misguidance — such as defective products, false promises, or misuse of IICTN staff names. Buyers must conduct their own performance testing and verify suitability. Any deal between a student and a vendor, especially citing staff connection, will not be entertained by IICTN. IICTN does not endorse any specific brand or supplier.

12. Job Assistance & Disclaimer

IICTN is a private body in skills-enhancing courses for the Beauty, Health & Wellness sector. It is neither a college, university nor deemed university. IICTN provides only guidance for jobs but does not guarantee or assure any job nationally or internationally. Success or failure in practice / job / business is solely attributable to the individual’s capabilities. Certificates are awarded for skills and are not a license to practice injectable procedures (BTX, Fillers, Hair Transplant). Such procedures must be performed under supervision of, or by, a duly qualified MBBS doctor as per prevailing Acts / Regulations.

13. Indemnity

The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold IICTN harmless against any claims, demands or actions raised by applicants, clients or competent authorities of any nature whatsoever.

14. Online Payments & Chargebacks

All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. IICTN does not store credit card, debit card, internet banking or UPI credentials. Any chargeback initiated by the applicant in respect of fees that are non-refundable under our policy shall be contested by IICTN with the acquiring bank. See Refund and Cancellation Policy Section 7.

15. Document Verification

If the applicant requires certificate verification by the Institute for job/recruitment purposes, charges of Rs. 1,500/- per document apply. Verification will be done by the Institute through email only and no other documents will be shared with the applicant, recruitment agency or document verification agency as per the confidential policy of the company.

16. Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable and subject to change without prior notice. The applicant is bound by the version in force on the date of their admission and any subsequent revisions communicated by the Institute.

17. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any dispute or issue arising from these Terms shall first be resolved amicably through the Institute’s internal mechanisms, involving Admin, HR, Consultants and Management. All disputes shall be governed by and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

18. Acknowledgement

The applicant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. This is a computer-generated document and does not require a physical signature.
