How the IICTN Checkout Works
IICTN follows a counsellor-assisted checkout to ensure every applicant receives the correct fee package, scheme and course combination before payment is made. This protects both the applicant and the Institute from incorrect transactions.
- Step 1 — Enquiry: Submit via the Contact page, call +91 8369791736, or email info@iictn.org.
- Step 2 — Counselling: An IICTN counsellor discusses your goals and recommends a suitable course combination.
- Step 3 — Personalised Quotation: You receive a written fee quotation along with the admission form by email.
- Step 4 — Admission Form: Complete the form, upload mandatory documents, and accept the Terms and Conditions and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Step 5 — Secure Payment Link: Receive a secure payment link from IICTN to complete payment via our ICICI Bank–powered payment gateway.
- Step 6 — Confirmation & Receipt: On successful payment you receive an email confirmation and a tax invoice within 2 working days.

If you already have a personalised quotation from your IICTN counsellor, use the secure payment link sent to you by email or SMS. The link directs you to the ICICI Bank Eazypay hosted payment page. If you do not have a link, call +91 8369791736 or email info@iictn.org.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit Card — Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express, Diners Club
- Debit Card — All major Indian and international networks
- Net Banking — ICICI, HDFC, SBI, Axis, Kotak and all major Indian banks
- UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM
- Wallets — PayTM, Mobikwik, Freecharge (subject to gateway availability)
- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS — Direct bank transfer to IICTN current account (details shared by counsellor)
- EMI — Credit-card EMI and partner education loans (subject to approval)
Payment Security
All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. The transaction takes place on the gateway hosted page, not on IICTN servers. IICTN does not store, process or transmit any card number, CVV, ATM PIN, internet banking password or UPI PIN. All data exchanged between your browser and the gateway is encrypted with industry-standard TLS.
Order Confirmation & Invoice
- Instant on-screen confirmation with bank transaction reference number
- Email confirmation to your registered email ID within minutes
- GST-compliant tax invoice within 2 working days
- Admission ID and welcome kit once document verification is complete
Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If your account has been debited but you have not received a payment confirmation from IICTN, please do not attempt the payment again. Write to info@iictn.org within 7 calendar days with the transaction reference, date/time and bank statement screenshot. Duplicate or unsuccessful charges will be reversed by the bank within 7–21 working days. This applies only to technical payment failures; see Refund and Cancellation Policy for the full policy.
Important: No-Refund Disclosure
By proceeding to payment, you confirm you have read and accepted IICTN’s strict no-refund policy. Once admission is granted, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Make sure your course selection and fee package are confirmed in writing by an IICTN counsellor before you proceed.
